The main objective is to ensure the effectiveness, continuous improvement, and conformity of processes according to SGS standards and policies. **Requirements** **Main Responsibilities** * Keep IMS procedures updated across all business platforms. * Manage non-conformities and their follow-up, promoting root cause analysis and corrective actions. * Act as an internal auditor, supporting the implementation and maintenance of certified or accredited standards. * Monitor IMS performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness in operational and commercial areas. * Manage the calibration and verification program for measurement equipment to ensure result reliability. **Academic Background and Experience** * **Education:** Advanced student or graduate in food technology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in roles related to testing laboratories or quality. * **Languages:** Intermediate English. **Additional Information** **Knowledge** * **General:** Auditing and management system handling. * **Specific:** ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, 17025, 17065, 14000, 45000 standards. * **SGS Systems:** Iso Tools, SharePoint, Syslog, Oracle. * **Others:** Intermediate Microsoft Excel. **Position Specifics** * Possibility of domestic travel for internal audits. * Participation in internal training courses and quality management awareness campaigns
