Senior Telemarketing Supervisor - Belgrano Zone, CABA. · At Linksolution S.R.L., a leading contact center company, we are looking for a Senior Telemarketing Supervisor with a strong commercial profile and leadership capability to coordinate our telephone sales teams. The primary objective is to ensure achievement of operational and quality targets while motivating the team toward continuous improvement. · Key Responsibilities: · Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of telemarketing agents to meet established goals. Monitoring and Coaching: Conduct call listening, provide ongoing feedback, and hold sales clinics to optimize individual and team performance. Metrics Analysis: Daily tracking of key indicators (ASA, service levels, conversion rates, adherence, etc.) and preparation of reports for management. (Reporting) Operational Strategy: Implement tactics to improve productivity and the quality of customer interactions. Workplace Climate Management: Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment. Requirements: · Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar supervisory roles within the telemarketing sector in call centers (mandatory). Education: Completed secondary education (candidates with studies in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields will be valued). Skills: Excellent proficiency with computer tools (advanced Excel) and knowledge of call management systems. Competencies: Proactive leadership, analytical ability, outstanding communication skills, and strong results orientation.
