Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Freelance Networking Administrator to resolve network incidents, document engineering designs, ensure technological controls, and provide expert advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resolve network incidents: WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP
2. Ensure technological controls and best practices for Networks and Telecommunications
3. Provide expert advisory services to various hierarchical levels
Synchro Technologies S.A., an IT infrastructure solutions consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Freelance Networking Administrator to support our client, a leading Logistics services company.
Main Responsibilities:
Resolve network incidents: WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
Document and maintain engineering designs for deployed services.
Ensure necessary technological controls to comply with Networks and Telecommunications best practices, as well as the Information Security Policy.
Provide expert advisory services to various hierarchical levels.
Required Technical Knowledge:
CCNA (mandatory), CCNP (desirable).
Monitoring systems, troubleshooting, redundancy, remote sites.
Design, configuration, and administration of LAN and WAN networks (MPLS, VPN (IPsec/SSL), and Wireless).
Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, Cisco routers, HP and 3Com switches; Dynamic routing protocols (BGP mandatory, OSPF desirable).
Proficiency in Cisco Wi-Fi WLC and Fortinet firewall administration (mandatory).
Experience:
4 or more years of experience as a Networking Specialist in large-scale organizations.
Experience with Wi-Fi and controllers (Cisco WLC) (mandatory).
· * Monotributo registration required and availability of approximately 20 hours per month.
* Working hours: from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM the following day, and full-time on weekends (SDF).
