We are currently seeking SAP S/4HANA Consultants (Business Analyst / Functional / Integration) to join maintenance and evolution projects for solutions deployed in large-scale corporate environments. We seek candidates with experience in business analysis, process design, and collaborative work with technical and functional teams. Conditions Hybrid work model: 1 day onsite Location: Polo Dot (Buenos Aires) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Employment relationship with C&S Responsibilities Analyze business processes and propose improvements (AS-IS / TO-BE) Gather requirements together with key users and stakeholders Design functional solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA Facilitate workshops and ensure accurate definition of needs Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and developments Support evolutionary maintenance and ongoing solution support Produce functional documentation and executive presentations Candidate Profiles We Seek We target candidates with experience in one or more of the following modules / specialties: SAP MM (Materials Management and Procurement) SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) SAP FICA (Utilities – Financial Contract Management) SAP FPSL (Financial Subledger – Banking/Insurance) SAP CPI (Integration – SAP Cloud Platform Integration) Required Skills English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory, as you will conduct meetings with international teams) Experience with SAP S/4HANA Experience in maintenance / AMS / evolutionary support Functional analysis and process design capabilities Strong stakeholder management skills Experience working with multidisciplinary teams Benefits Health insurance coverage (contribution redirection).
