We seek a highly curious individual with a strong research orientation and the ability to transform emerging trends into concrete initiatives that deliver business value. The position will play a strategic role as the liaison between the IT department and market-available emerging technologies, driving opportunities related to Artificial Intelligence, process automation, system integrations, and advanced analytics. Reports directly to the Systems Manager and works cross-functionally with various organizational areas and technology vendors. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Research technological trends, especially in Artificial Intelligence and automation. * Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation applied to business processes. * Analyze, evaluate, and propose AI tools, intelligent agents, and emerging solutions. * Participate in system integration and process automation initiatives. * Explore use cases of Machine Learning and predictive models applied to the business. * Conduct proof-of-concept tests and evaluations of new technologies. * Maintain relationships with technology vendors and participate in analyzing proposals and solutions. * Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on technological innovation. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation. * Interest in innovation and continuous learning. * Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, automation tools, or integrations (mandatory). * Strong analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication skills to interact with business units and vendors. * Proactive, versatile profile with strong research aptitude. * \+5 years of experience in IT roles involving development and/or similar responsibilities. **We Especially Value** ----------------------------- * Experience exploring new technologies and implementing ideas in practice. * Participation in digitalization or process improvement projects. * Interest in applying technology within productive and business environments. **Benefits** -------------- Direct employment relationship.
