Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to participate in the planning and launch of new categories and products, as well as in executing the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) cycle, with a focus on demand analysis and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to create and deliver brilliant solutions. 2. Develop and support simulations and scenario analyses. 3. Be part of an inclusive and diverse culture. Be part of a revolutionary change! At Philip Morris Argentina, we have decided to do something extraordinary. We are completely transforming our business and building our future on a clear purpose: achieving a smoke-free future. Great changes bring great opportunities! Wherever you join us, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver better things, brilliant solutions, and a space where you can continue your career and take it in new directions. **Your day-to-day…** * Participate in the planning of new categories and launches of smoke-free products across all South Cluster markets—from reviewing proposed volumes to supply, production, and inventory management plans for each market—in coordination with local (Commercial/Finance) and regional (Supply Chain, Project Deployment, Fulfillment) teams. * Actively participate in executing the Cluster’s monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) cycle, coordinating and consolidating inputs from Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Data Insights & Analytics, and Supply Chain functions to ensure consistent plan integration. * Analyze and consolidate demand plans across horizons up to 24 months, assessing consistency between commercial assumptions, new initiative launches, and supply capabilities to support plan quality. * Monitor product availability and inventory levels, closely collaborating with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub, Fulfillment, and Operations teams to identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Monitor and evaluate Demand & Supply Planning KPIs, analyzing sales performance against forecast and targets, identifying significant variances, providing analytical support for gap-closure action plans, and strengthening the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of the planning process. * Proactively identify business risks and opportunities through analysis of commercial, market, and supply information, contributing insights and alternatives to support decision-making. * Develop and support simulations and scenario analyses based on pricing strategies, commercial campaigns, competitive actions, and other relevant business insights—providing comparative analysis and impact assessments to facilitate strategic decision-making. * Ensure correct loading, maintenance, and updating of information in OCS (Operations & Customer Services) systems, guaranteeing data quality and consistency used in planning processes. * Support digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of planning tools and capabilities, collaborating on the implementation and adoption of end-to-end solutions (including lean manufacturing). **Who we’re looking for…** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. * +3 years of experience in similar roles, with strong exposure to areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, and Finance. * Strong project management skills, along with top-down and bottom-up planning and forecasting based on drivers and data, are a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory); Power BI experience is desirable. * Knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain planning and forecasting solutions (ERP suite or others) is a strong differentiator. * Advanced/fluent English (mandatory). * Individuals with strong predictive analytical capabilities and knowledge of key financial concepts and PMI’s budget cycle principles (OB, RF). * Self-motivated profiles with a strong results orientation and ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments—contributing to launching new categories and gaining strategic understanding of products. **What we offer…** Our success lies in the talented people who come to work every day with purpose and a desire to improve. Join PMI and you can also: * Leverage the freedom to define your future—and ours. We’ll support you in taking risks, experimenting, and exploring. * Be part of an inclusive and diverse culture where everyone’s voice is respected. * Pursue your ambitions and develop your skills within a global company—the scale of our organization gives you constant opportunities to grow. * Feel proud to help people understand our promise: delivering a smoke-free future.
