You will join a high-performing team tasked with ensuring 24x7 continuity of critical systems in industrial environments. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring and deviation detection, anticipating failures through technical and analytical insight. You will lead first-response diagnostics and end-to-end event management. A key role in transitioning from a reactive to a predictive model—delivering real operational impact. **What Will Be Your Challenges With Us?** You will be responsible for end-to-end integrity and maintenance management in real-time operational environments, driving the evolution from reactive models toward predictive strategies based on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. You will lead the integration of operational data from SCADA, telemetry, sensors, and corporate systems for early anomaly detection, resource optimization, and decision support. You will promote digital transformation initiatives, advanced KPI visualization, and analytical capability development aimed at maximizing OT network reliability, availability, and operational efficiency. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** Supervise real-time operational resources using digital tools, making decisions to align them with the current materials and equipment program. Measure performance of work modules, which subsequently inform service payments—contributing to control and tracking of contracted service performance to ensure compliance with defined technical, legal, and regulatory requirements. Participate in proposals to improve current and future technological tools. Maintain up-to-date master data used in IT tools for optimized scheduling and operational monitoring, to maximize their performance and functionality. Lead digitalization initiatives for tracking and monitoring critical assets. Implement Power BI dashboards for tracking integrity and maintenance KPIs. Develop failure analysis methodologies using data from SCADA and operational systems. Promote adoption of generative AI tools for technical analysis, report generation, and diagnostic support. Contribute to the evolution of maintenance processes—from corrective approaches toward data-driven predictive models.
