Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines expertise, passion, and the energy needed to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We are looking for a **Reliability and Asset Management Specialist** (**Cross-Functional Technical Specialist**) to enhance operational reliability and efficient asset management, providing specialized technical support across various business lines and promoting the application of standards and best practices aimed at maximizing performance, minimizing risks, and optimizing costs throughout the asset lifecycle. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** ------------------------------------ * **Education:** Graduate professional in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * **Language:** Technical English proficiency is valued. * **Knowledge:** * Maintenance Engineering and Operational Reliability. * Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and criticality analysis. * Risk management and asset lifecycle analysis. * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Maintenance. * SAP PM or equivalent CMMS systems. * Power BI and advanced Excel. * Statistical analysis tools and management indicators. * **Competencies:** * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Critical thinking. * Technical communication. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Knowledge management. * Continuous learning. * Ability to influence cross-functionally and facilitate analytical and improvement spaces. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** ------------------------------------------- * Develop and maintain asset and system criticality models to ensure appropriate resource prioritization and maintenance strategies. * Lead reliability analyses, RCA, FMEA, and RCM to identify root causes and reduce repetitive failures. * Evaluate and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies to maximize asset availability. * Monitor performance and reliability indicators, promoting data-driven decision-making. * Participate in technical-economic asset lifecycle analyses and in defining criteria for managing critical spare parts. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintenance audits, maintenance diagnostics, and development of corporate asset management standards. **Position Information** -------------------------- * **Work Location:** Neuquén * **Work Schedule:** 4x1 * **Willingness to Travel:** Yes, as required by business needs.
