We integrate marketing, technology, and production to transform our clients’ communication into memorable experiences. **Job Description** We are looking for a Technical Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute the technical production of corporate events across all stages: from pre-production (technical design, setup planning, and rehearsals) through on-site operations—collaborating closely with the production team and clients to ensure outstanding results. **Responsibilities** * Design and supervise technical setups for sound, lighting, and video. * Develop layout plans, technical schematics, and diagrams. * Coordinate equipment rehearsals, setup, and teardown. * Gather necessary technical information from clients and venues for each event’s planning. * Lead technical work teams: operators, riggers, and loading/unloading personnel. * Diagnose and resolve sound, lighting, and video equipment failures promptly and effectively. * Advise clients on optimal technical configurations based on their needs. * Ensure compliance with safety and technical quality standards for every project. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar technical event production roles. * Advanced knowledge of sound, lighting, and video systems. * Proficiency in three-phase electrical systems and load balancing. * Rigging knowledge: weight distribution, safety protocols, and hanging points. * Technical or university education in event production, audiovisual engineering, or related fields. * Demonstrated technical leadership ability and experience coordinating operational teams. * Professional presence and strong communication skills for direct client interaction. * Willingness to travel, work overtime, and attend events outside regular hours. **Desirable** * Proficiency in CAD tools for stage design. * Basic knowledge of networks for transmission and NDI protocol. * Familiarity with video editing. * Certifications or courses in operation of industry-specific audiovisual equipment and software. **Employment Type:** Full-time, on-site **Location:** Vicente López, Greater Buenos Aires North **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, with availability for overtime and travel **To apply, please submit your updated CV** Salary: Starting at $2\.000\.000,00 per month Application Question(s): * It is highly important to reside near Vicente López or have personal transportation. * Do you have technical expertise in the audiovisual field?
