Payway Technical Commercial Representative, Balcarce and surrounding area. Siscard is looking for a Payway Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our customers' Payway equipment. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Completed secondary education. - Active monotributo or ability to process it. - Knowledge of payment terminals, e.g., customer service, sales, etc. - Knowledge of Payway equipment hardware and software. - Willingness to travel to different regions. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Payway equipment. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues. - Install and configure new Payway equipment. - Provide remote and on-site technical support. - Maintain detailed records of technical interventions. - Assist in planning and executing special projects.
