Application of best practices in LLMOps and GenAI orchestration. **AI Engineer – Azure AI Foundry / LangGraph / RAG (Hybrid)** Argentina \| Hybrid Full-time ️ English: Intermediate/Advanced (mandatory) **About the Role** We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions within a leading technology company that delivers solutions for large enterprises, with a strong focus on Generative AI and agent platforms. You will participate in delivery projects with various clients and real-world use cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform business needs into robust, scalable, and impact-driven technical solutions. **Your Responsibilities** * Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions based on defined functional and technical requirements. * Design, implement, and maintain intelligent agents using AI Foundry or equivalent platforms (LangGraph, proprietary frameworks, etc.). * Apply LLMOps best practices: model and prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and observability. * Document solutions, technical decisions, and learnings to facilitate project maintenance and evolution. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience as an **AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Data Scientist**. * Practical experience in **Generative AI**: RAG, agent implementation, prompt engineering, evaluation, and production deployment. * Experience working with **AI Foundry** or similar agent development platforms. * Proficiency in **Python**, and experience with agent and GenAI orchestration frameworks: **LangGraph, LangChain**, or similar. * Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment processes on defined platforms (**Azure, AWS**). * Ability to implement and maintain scalable agent workflows following defined architectural guidelines. * Strong communication skills for collaborative work in delivery teams. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. **Work Model** * Buenos Aires: Hybrid (2 days per week in office). * Córdoba: Hybrid (1 day every 15 days in office). * Rest of the country: 100% remote. **Benefits** * Private health insurance (prepaid medical plan). * Connectivity allowance. * Personalized career path, training, and certifications. * Birthday leave day. * Welcome kit. * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse). * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies. **How to Apply** * If this role fits you, apply here! * If it doesn’t fit you, share it with your colleagues!
