We are a Samsung Official Technical Service, focused on delivering top-tier service to our customers by combining innovation, efficiency, and customer orientation in a modern and professional working environment. Position: Refrigeration and White Goods Technician: • Refrigeration Technician, specialized in refrigerators, refrigeration systems, diagnosis of refrigeration faults, compressors, sensors, ventilation, and refrigerant circuits. • Home Appliance Technician, specialized in washing machines, dishwashers, stoves, and vacuum cleaners, with knowledge of mechanical and electronic diagnostics. Responsibilities: Diagnosis and repair of refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, with emphasis on Inverter technology. In-person and remote technical support and advice to customers. Management of technical inquiries and complaints, with a focus on effective resolution. Recording of technical information in digital management systems. Promotion of additional services, spare parts, and maintenance plans. Compliance with internal procedures and departmental objectives. Requirements: Completed secondary education (preferably with technical training in Refrigeration, Electromechanics, or related fields). Minimum 1 year of experience repairing white goods appliances. Technical knowledge in refrigeration, Inverter technology, and basic electronics. Basic computer skills. Flexible availability. Age: between 21 and 35 years. We Offer: Immediate hiring.
