Their primary responsibility will be to coordinate technical assistance activities, establishing a priority order aligned with customer needs and specifications, providing support and fostering customer loyalty; maximizing adherence to service-level commitments, identifying patterns to propose improvements. Coordination of technical assistance, customer advisory services, and support constitute the core objectives of this position. Collaboration follows a team-based methodology across other company departments. MicroTRACK provides training and capacity building on our platforms to personnel; prior experience with our systems is not required.
