Opportunity for development and career continuity based on performance Samsung Smart Center – Official Technical Service We are looking for a Refrigeration Technician (Refrigerators) to join our Samsung Smart Center, based in Córdoba Capital, providing technical assistance to customers located in Santiago del Estero Province. We are an Official Samsung Technical Service dedicated to high-quality after-sales support, with a focus on customer experience, continuous improvement, and adherence to the brand’s technical standards within a professional and organized environment. Position Refrigeration Technician – Refrigerators Coverage Area Santiago del Estero Province (The search targets technicians residing in the province to serve local customers) Main Responsibilities Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of domestic refrigerators, primarily featuring Inverter technology. On-site technical support to customers, in accordance with the guidelines and procedures of the Official Technical Service. Fault assessment and determination of corrective actions, prioritizing resolution during the first visit. Recording of technical information, diagnoses, and evidence in digital management systems. Compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and the brand’s technical guidelines. Requirements Completed secondary education (technical training in Refrigeration, Electromechanics, or related fields is preferred). Prior experience in repairing domestic refrigerators and refrigeration systems. Knowledge of refrigeration circuits, Inverter technology, and fundamentals of applied electronics. Basic computer skills. Flexible working hours and personal transportation (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience in official technical services or after-sales work.
