We seek an analytical and proactive profile capable of identifying opportunities, anticipating deviations, and providing key insights to improve commercial and operational performance, integrating modern tools such as artificial intelligence to enhance analysis and decision-making. Responsibilities: - Monitor and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Web). - Analyze key metrics: sales, conversion, RMA, pricing, competition, and positioning. - Develop dashboards and executive reports for commercial and planning decisions. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and anticipate issues through data analysis. - Collaborate with sales, support, design, marketing, product, logistics, and planning teams to drive cross-functional improvements. - Propose tactical and strategic initiatives aimed at the business’s sustainable growth. Ideal Profile: - Graduate or advanced student in Industrial Engineering or related field, aged 22–30. - Technical skills: AI, Power BI, Looker, Advanced Excel, SQL (desirable), Python (desirable). - Continuous improvement mindset, with strong analytical capability and strategic thinking. - Solid commercial judgment and holistic understanding of business processes. - Proactive profile oriented toward growth in dynamic environments.
