Position Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Apparel Designer with vision and experience in men's fashion to transform trends into cohesive collections, managing both the creative and technical processes. Key Highlights: 1. Design and development of men's fashion collections. 2. End-to-end management of the creative and technical process through to production. 3. Freelance role requiring autonomy and proactivity. We are looking for a **Freelance Apparel Designer (Men's Fashion Brand)** with vision, autonomy, and **proven experience in the ready-to-wear segment** (preferably men's) to design and develop the upcoming collection on a freelance basis. **The Challenge** (Project-based / Collection-based): You will be responsible for transforming trend research into a cohesive collection, managing the entire creative and technical process — from concept through to photo production and brand communication. **Responsibilities and Deliverables:** **Design and Development:** Trend research, collection design, and development of comprehensive technical specifications. **Technical Production:** Building the production tree, designing and approving prints/patterns, and planning cutting orders. **Team Coordination:** Delegating and supervising progress by the pattern maker and seamstress/workshops (tracking timelines). **Suppliers:** Sourcing, developing, and monitoring fabric, sublimation, and print suppliers. **Photo Productions:** Directing photo productions (model selection, crew hiring, on-set participation) and organizing digital assets in the cloud. **Communication:** Designing flyers and support materials for clients and sales staff. **Essential Requirements:** Advanced student or graduate in Apparel Design. Proven experience with apparel brands (ideally targeting male consumers / ready-to-wear). Portfolio required. Proficiency in Corel Draw / Adobe Illustrator and graphic tools. Freelance profile: Strong planning ability, autonomy, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset. **Engagement Model:** Freelance / Project-based or milestone-based per collection. **Work Location:** Remote (with availability for follow-up meetings, occasional visits to workshops, and directing photo productions in C.A.B.A. / Once). **Compensation:** To be agreed upon based on experience and project scope (budget per collection / deliverables).
