Join our Technology teams and discover how you can be part of this evolution.** **About the Role** ---------------- ### **We are seeking a specialist in Cloud Platform / DevOps / IaC**, with strong experience operating container platforms in production and automating infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. The role entails responsibility for Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, Serverless, and CI/CD pipeline operations, as well as Level 2 (L2) support and critical incident management.** This is a role suited for professionals who have already administered complex cloud platforms, eliminated infrastructure drift, managed automated deployments, and maintained production environments meeting high standards of security and availability. Example daily tasks: modifying an EKS or AKS cluster, updating infrastructure via Terraform, executing deployments through ArgoCD/GitOps, resolving production incidents, and coordinating actions with cloud providers.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Administer and modify container platforms and Kubernetes, including storage, load balancing, auto-scaling, virtual networks, node groups, worker nodes, and volumes. * Manage permissions, access controls, and IAM roles associated with container platforms and cloud services. * Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices. * Execute automated deployments and manage configuration changes in production environments. * Modify and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible. * Run IaC pipelines in production and manage infrastructure drift remediation. * Administer and develop Serverless functions using AWS Lambda and Azure Functions. * Manage integrations with native cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, monitoring, messaging, and notifications. * Administer messaging services based on queues, topics, and subscriptions. * Perform backups and restorations of container platform and orchestration configurations. * Monitor production services and manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow Aurora. * Coordinate incidents with cloud providers when necessary. * Maintain technical documentation for IaC and Serverless platforms. * Design IaC architectures and reusable templates for scalable deployments. * Implement hardening recommendations, patches, hotfixes, and approved security measures. * Execute vulnerability remediations and digital certificate management. * Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for incidents related to deployments, automation, and infrastructure. **Mandatory Skills** ---------------------- ### **Containers and Orchestration** * Kubernetes * OpenShift * EKS * AKS * ECS * Docker ### **GitOps / DevOps** * GitLab * Azure DevOps * Argo * ArgoCD * GitOps * GIT ### **Infrastructure-as-Code** * Terraform * Ansible ### **Serverless** * AWS Lambda * Azure Functions ### **Messaging** * RabbitMQ ### **Cloud** * AWS * Azure * OCI * GCP ### **Management and Operations** * ServiceNow Aurora * GenWizard * Infrastructure and APM monitoring tools **Exclusive Requirements** -------------------------- * Advanced administration of Kubernetes and container platforms in production (EKS, AKS, ECS and/or OpenShift). * Experience with auto-scaling, virtual networks, storage, node groups, and IAM associated with container platforms. * Design and construction of IaC architectures using Terraform. * Experience with modules, workspaces, state management, and infrastructure automation. * Execution of IaC pipelines in production environments and drift management. * End\-to\-end operation of CI/CD processes using GitLab and/or Azure DevOps together with ArgoCD/GitOps. * Experience administering at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) at the level of compute, storage, networking, and IAM. * Experience coordinating Level 2 (L2) support and critical incidents under 24x7 operational models. * Technical English for reading documentation and written communication. **Availability** ------------------ * Flexible working hours: either 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00. * On-call standby duty once per month (compensated). * Availability to work during Argentine public holidays that do not coincide with Colombian public holidays.
