At AES, we are seeking a **Ssr. Record to Report Analyst**
Your mission will be to support the financial close and reporting process for assigned companies, ensuring accurate, timely information aligned with the organization’s accounting policies and internal controls. You will play a key role in account analysis and reconciliation, intercompany transaction tracking, and preparation of reports for corporate and audit purposes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
* Perform bank reconciliations and analyze bank ledger entries, ensuring the integrity and reasonableness of financial information.
* Monitor asset and liability balances included in the balance sheet.
* Track and analyze intercompany transactions.
* Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for corporate use.
* Develop account reconciliations and variance analyses.
* Support internal and external audits by preparing required information and supporting documentation.
* Participate in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and efficiency in accounting processes.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal procedures, and corporate requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Advanced student or graduate of Public Accounting.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles or performing similar tasks.
* Experience in bank reconciliations, account analysis, and financial close processes.
* Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (mandatory).
* Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).
* SAP experience (preferred).
* Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards (preferred).
