To continue positively impacting more people’s lives, we are seeking to add a **Special Pharmacy Analyst for the Benefits Management Division**. **Your Impact:** Every treatment requires the right medication to reach the right person at the right time. In this role, you will transform control, precision, and professional judgment into safer care for our patients. **Responsibilities** Receive requests submitted by clients through various service channels, verifying that supporting documentation meets requirements (clinical history summary, medication prescriptions, laboratory reports, etc.). Analyze and manage special medication orders, validating them in advance with the Medical Audit Department to issue authorization according to coverage decisions. Notify members regarding medication coverage under therapeutic conditions, based on medical decisions and social security departments. Advise on and substitute brand-name medications per generic drug legislation, as appropriate for each case. Record all decisions and/or information related to each processed request in internal IT systems. **Requirements** * Knowledge of provider agreements * Knowledge of medications used in special treatments * Minimum two years’ experience in customer service (in-person or telephone) * Intermediate proficiency in company internal systems (SGI, PRESMED) * Experience analyzing requests submitted by members. **Benefits** Opportunities for professional development within a leading company undergoing continuous growth and expansion.
