**Purpose of the Position:**
Manage the maintenance strategy to ensure operational continuity of all production lines by optimizing resources, teams, costs, and developing associates—while ensuring compliance in all cases with Safety and Hygiene; Quality; Environment; and correct application of food safety principles and practices aligned with their activities.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Ensure operational continuity of equipment/facilities/vehicles by developing and executing corrective and preventive action plans.
* Coordinate tasks and resources for execution of work required for operation of all plant operational components, jointly with the Maintenance Scheduler.
* Define priorities together with the Maintenance Scheduler for implementation and continuity of the maintenance strategy at the factory.
* Manage training of the maintenance team regarding process equipment, systems, and good practices.
* Develop and reinforce a proactive mindset among team members regarding product quality, costs, plant operational efficiency, safety, environmental protection, etc.
* Comply with the corporate HR policy stating that interpersonal relationships must be based on trust and mutual respect, non-discrimination, and honesty.
* Ensure implementation of the TPM methodology based on the NCE philosophy.
**Position Requirements:**
* Advanced student and/or graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering or related fields
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Supervisor in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies
* Intermediate English
* Advanced proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
* Availability to work rotating shifts
