We seek professionals with experience in closed units and a track record of leading teams, committed to quality and patient care. ***Responsibilities:*** * Management and administration of nursing staff and disposable materials * Daily staffing planning * Personnel management system operation * Notification of missing or repair-needed supplies * Conflict resolution * Control of nursing assistance tasks * Ensuring compliance with the institution's current regulations as well as various workflow procedures. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Experience in closed units (ICU, CCU). * Management courses (not mandatory). * Experience coordinating teams. * Valid national nursing license. Salary: $1.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
