You will align payroll figures across internal systems, resolve challenging payroll topics, coordinate with auditors and partners, and help advance process improvements—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate payroll accounting for selected EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm, including US GAAP bookkeeping of payroll\-related activities with standard entries and accruals * Validate and reconcile payroll information across internal systems to keep data accurate and consistent * Analyze complex payroll scenarios and deliver sound, evidence\-based solutions * Partner with other departments through cross\-functional cooperation * Answer audit inquiries and join regular sessions with external and internal auditors * Assist in local audits, focusing on payroll\-related questions and documentation * Improve payroll accounting processes with other teams by identifying gaps and testing new changes * Deliver ad\-hoc reports based on business needs **Requirements** * Degree in Finance or Accounting at the Bachelor's or Master's level * At least 3 years of relevant professional background * Strong MS Office knowledge with advanced Excel proficiency * Practical experience working with ERP systems, with SAP as a plus * Familiarity with company acquisitions considered beneficial * Proven personal accountability, sharp attention to detail, and ability to process inputs from many sources * Good spoken and written English communication skills (B1\+ level or higher) **Nice to have** * Strong people skills with clear verbal and written communication * Availability to go the extra mile, including overtime when required * Ability to stay effective under stress and meet deadlines under pressure * Team\-oriented, loyal approach with a focus on results
