Here’s what you need to know about this position: **Location:** Remote, LATAM **Engagement Type:** Full\-Time, Project\-Based **The Work** (What you’ll be doing \& Your Impact) * Design high\-quality digital experiences across websites, campaigns, launches, and other digital touchpoints. * Turn ideas and creative direction into polished, high\-quality visual work from concept through final execution. * Create responsive designs across desktop and mobile, adapting work thoughtfully across screens and formats. * Work within and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and shared visual frameworks in Figma. * Translate complex ideas and content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. * Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, motion, and development teams throughout the design process. * Prepare polished, production\-ready Figma files for handoff and help ensure the final implementation meets the intended design quality. **Needed Expertise** (What you need to succeed in the role) * 5\+ years of experience in digital design, visual design, web design, or a closely related creative discipline. * Astrong portfolio demonstrating high\-quality digital work across websites, campaigns, brand experiences, or other digital touchpoints. * Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience working with components, libraries, and design systems. * Strong visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail. * Experience designing responsive, screen\-based experiences across desktop, mobile, and other digital formats. * Comfortable taking work from early concepts and creative direction through polished, production\-ready execution.
