As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in leading analytical workstreams, developing actionable insights, and supporting strategic consulting engagements for clients across global markets. You will collaborate with consultants, project leaders, and subject matter experts while serving as a trusted contributor to client\-facing projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead analytical workstreams across multiple consulting engagements within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors. * Conduct primary and secondary research to support client projects, including interviews with healthcare professionals, payers, industry stakeholders, advocacy organizations, and government agencies. * Clean, validate, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, including: * Medical and pharmacy claims * Electronic Medical Records (EMR) * Prescription and sales data * Market and competitive intelligence databases * Real\-world evidence datasets * Create meaningful visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics platforms. * Develop high\-quality client deliverables, including presentations, market assessments, opportunity evaluations, competitive analyses, and executive summaries. * Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, ensuring analytical rigor and high\-quality project execution. * Collaborate effectively with global cross\-functional teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia\-Pacific. * Complete required compliance, quality, and pharmacovigilance training programs. **Qualifications** **Required** * Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Economics, Business, Public Health, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. * Minimum of 1\-2 years of professional experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical strategy, market research, business intelligence, or a related field. * Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare, pharmaceutical, market access, or commercial data. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and data analysis. * Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and critical\-thinking capabilities. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams within a consulting or project\-based environment. * Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferred * Master's degree, MBA, MPH, MPharm, or other advanced degree. * Prior experience in management consulting or healthcare strategy consulting. * Experience with healthcare claims, EMR, prescription, or real\-world evidence datasets. * Knowledge of market access, HEOR, forecasting, pricing, reimbursement, or commercial analytics. * Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, SAS, or other analytical tools. * Additional language proficiency (Portuguese preferred). * Experience supporting multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
