* Comfortable using **AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms** as part of your regular workflow.
* Tech\-savvy, adaptable, and interested in working with increasingly automated accounting processes.

Team members are expected to be available online between **9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time** for communication and collaboration, although there is flexibility for appointments, personal commitments, and occasional schedule adjustments.
Compensation is based on **productive hours worked** , rather than the full availability window. As you become fully onboarded and build your client portfolio, the expected workload is approximately **120 productive hours per month** .
**Why Join**
------------
* Join a growing company with long\-term career opportunities.
* Work with a diverse portfolio of North American startups and businesses.
