Drives team evolution: people, technology, and business At **Diagnóstico Maipú** and **Labmedicina**, we are looking for a **Semi\-Senior Scrum Master** who wants to be a key player in our evolution toward increasingly agile, collaborative, and people-centered ways of working. Join our **IT and Digital Transformation** team! This challenge integrates **technology and business** within a high-criticality environment such as a clinical diagnostics laboratory. We seek someone who can support teams, build trust, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes new ways of working. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices: dailies, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinements. * Remove impediments and manage dependencies that may hinder team progress. * Support the team’s adoption and maturity of agile practices. * Facilitate prioritization and planning together with Product Owners, functional leads, and IT leaders. * Provide visibility into progress, risks, commitments, dependencies, and metrics. * Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete actions. * Bridge business and user needs with technical teams. * Support change management in digital transformation initiatives. **What do we expect from you?** * Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or facilitator of agile teams. * Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles. * Experience in healthcare, laboratories, clinical systems, or operational high-criticality environments is highly valued. **Work Mode and Schedule** * Mode: Hybrid, with on-site presence in Paternal (CABA). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. **Benefits** Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family.
