Naturally personable and confident on calls We're a digital marketing agency working with online content creators to grow their audiences and their income. We're looking for someone to find and open conversations with the creators we should be working with. You'll be the first person a potential client speaks to, and the impression you make decides whether they take the next call. **What you'll be doing** * Finding potential clients across social platforms * Making first contact and starting real conversations — not copy\-paste outreach * Taking calls with interested prospects after the initial outreach * Explaining what we do clearly and answering the obvious first questions * Handing warm prospects over to the team **What we're looking for** * Excellent English, written and spoken * Naturally personable — people warm to you quickly * Confident on calls. A lot of this role is speaking to prospects directly once the first message lands * Self\-directed and organised * Comfortable on social platforms and how people talk on them Experience in sales, recruitment or social media is a plus, but we care more about how you communicate than what's on your CV. **What we offer** * **USD 500 per month base**, paid in dollars, plus performance bonuses on top * Fully remote * Full\-time, 6 days per week **How to apply** Hit apply, then send us a direct message.
