We are currently seeking a Record to Report Manager to join our Corporate team, where you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company’s financial information, guaranteeing compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS), as well as internal controls and Group policies. WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? * Lead the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closing processes, ensuring all activities are completed within the established timeline. * Oversee the accurate posting of entries into the General Ledger and review impacts from areas such as Intercompany, Fixed Assets, and Provisions. * Ensure recurring balance reconciliations and account clean-up of accounting ledgers. * Guarantee accurate financial reporting in Group tools (e.g., SAP, Magnitude/Compass). * Review reporting packages for the Group (Conso, Reptax, CBCR). * Coordinate with the Management Control teams in each country to ensure accounting accurately reflects the operational reality of the business. * Ensure strict adherence to internal controls (Group internal policies). * Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, facilitating information delivery and resolving findings. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations integrated into the accounting process. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6\-8 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, including at least 2 years in leadership or managerial positions. * Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and Big Four audit firms (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI\-CO modules) and consolidation tools. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Advanced command of the English language. * Willingness to relocate internationally in the short term (mandatory) References Visible links 1\. http://www.loreal.com/
