**About DSP**
DSP Health is a pediatric therapy organization dedicated to providing high\-quality, compassionate care to children and families. Our team works across clinical, administrative, recruiting, and operations functions to ensure our growing organization runs smoothly and our clients receive the support they need.
**Role Overview**
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new hires throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they receive timely communication, complete required documentation, and are prepared for a smooth transition into the DSP Health team.
**Schedule:** Full\-time
**Time Zone:** Must be willing to work PST hours
**Languages:** Fluent in English and Spanish
**Compensation:** $5 USD per hour
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees from offer acceptance through their start date.
* Communicate with new hires regularly via email, messaging platforms, and other communication channels.
* Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documents, forms, and onboarding steps are completed on time.
* Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records and status updates.
* Coordinate with Recruiting, Staffing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure new hires are ready to start.
* Identify delays or missing requirements and proactively follow up with candidates.
* Provide clear instructions and answer questions throughout the onboarding process.
* Ensure candidates receive a positive, organized, and professional onboarding experience.
* Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.
* Assist with additional administrative and onboarding\-related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
* Fluent in **English and Spanish**, both written and spoken.
* Must be willing and able to work **PST hours**.
* Previous experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, customer service, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized and detail\-oriented.
* Strong follow\-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, Google Chat, and other digital tools.
* Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
