Advanced use of videoconferencing tools and Office 365 Job Description: \***Junior Help Desk and Virtuality Support \| Pilar**\* We are currently looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant for the Help Desk to join a prominent academic and corporate environment, delivering operational, administrative, and virtual platform support. The position targets organized, solution-oriented individuals with a strong willingness to work in dynamic environments, collaborating with support teams and internal users. Work Location: Pilar. Work Modality: 100% On-site. Working Hours: Rotating shifts according to operational needs — Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 11:00–20:00; Saturdays, 08:00–13:00. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and registering requests via the self-service portal. * Responding to and routing inquiries via email. * Managing tickets and incidents. * Tracking technology inventory and stock. * Organizing the operational schedule and booking spaces. * Preparing operational reports and summaries. * Preventive and live support during meetings, classes, and virtual events. * Configuring and monitoring hybrid classrooms and virtual platforms. * Supporting Zoom and other videoconferencing platforms. * Coordinating with technical and operational teams. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment: projectors, screens, webcams, microphones. * Proficiency with Office 365 and/or Google Workspace. * Familiarity with videoconferencing and streaming platforms. * Advanced Zoom skills: breakout rooms, recordings, permissions, broadcasts. * Basic technical troubleshooting ability: audio, video, connectivity, peripherals. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Education: * Ideal candidates are students pursuing degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
