A Day in the Life As part of the Professional Products Division (PPD) team, you will strengthen our digital and CRM strategy to connect with our consumers. Your responsibilities: * Strategy and Activation: Design data-driven communication and digital marketing strategies (CRM \+ digital). * Journey Management: Collaborate with creative agencies to develop effective CRM and email campaigns. * Web Optimization: Monitor websites and support organic search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives. * Metrics Analysis: Lead data analysis and prepare executive reports with proposals for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience (2–5 years) in CRM, acquisition, and data-driven digital marketing roles. * Strong data-driven profile with advanced experience in data analysis, management of first-party data, and key platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO/web tools). * Advanced proficiency in English. * Graduates or advanced students in Digital Business, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Strong competencies in prioritization, initiative, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
