Position Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior professional for the Investment Desk, focused on market monitoring and research to support commercial advisors, without direct client interaction or closing responsibilities. Hire a Semi-Senior (SSR) professional for the Investment Desk, with focus on market monitoring and research to support the team’s commercial advisors — this is not a role involving direct client interaction or commercial closing. The candidate must demonstrate a higher degree of autonomy and analytical judgment than a junior profile. **Responsibilities:** Daily monitoring of local and international market variables (interest rates, exchange rates, fixed and variable income, CEDEARs). Research and analysis of investment opportunities to assist advisors in serving their clients. Preparation and presentation of the team’s daily market meeting (review of key developments and variables). Preparation of research reports and content (daily, weekly, monthly) as input for the commercial team. Support to advisors in structuring proposals and portfolio monitoring, without direct commercial interaction with clients. Leading Firm in Financial Market Advisory Requirements Solid and up-to-date knowledge of the Argentine and international capital markets (instruments, interest rates, exchange rates, macroeconomic context). Technical analysis and proficient use of Trading View. (Mandatory) Valid CNV qualification or advanced stage in obtaining it. Prior experience in investment desks, research, ALYC/AP, private banking, or similar roles (minimum indicative: 2 years). Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (mandatory or currently in advanced stages). Advanced Excel skills, mandatory (complex functions, pivot tables, automation via macros/VBA). **Preferred (not mandatory):** Python or other data analysis tools, familiarity with market terminals (Bloomberg/Reuters or equivalents), and experience building dashboards or automated reports. **Behavioral Profile:** Strong results orientation and proactivity in identifying market opportunities to serve as input for advisors. Autonomy, organization, and rigor in information tracking. Strong communication and synthesis skills to effectively convey research to the team. **Analytical over commercial profile:** commercial skills are a plus but not a core requirement for this position.
