Work closely with Comptroller in a collaborative team environment We are a 40\-year\-old food company with a dynamic, global workforce. We are looking to add a bookkeeper as we continue to grow. As a Bookkeeper in our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. You will work closely with the Comptroller and other team members to maintain the integrity of our financial data. **Key Duties:** ● Accurately enter financial data into our accounting systems, ensuring that all information is up\-to\-date and correctly recorded. ● Utilize QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, OnPay, or similar applications to manage and track financial transactions. ● Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization in all tasks, ensuring that financial records are easily accessible and well\-organized. ● Bring a good attitude and positive mindset to the workplace, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. ● Apply basic accounting knowledge and best practices in accordance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, or other relevant accounting frameworks to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. **Skills and Qualifications:** ● Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. ● Experience: Relevant experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting. ● Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, OnPay, or other financial applications. ● Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. ● Basic understanding of accounting principles and best practices. ● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
