Summary: DC Fitness is seeking a high-energy, organized Appointment Setter / DM Rep to manage Facebook and Instagram conversations, qualify prospects, and book sales appointments. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for uncapped commission based on performance **DC Fitness \| Remote \| Thursday–Monday** DC Fitness is looking for a **high\-energy, organized Appointment Setter / DM Rep** to manage conversations across our Facebook and Instagram accounts. This is a **sales\-focused role**. Your job is to respond quickly to inbound leads, start outbound conversations, qualify prospects, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Compensation **$800 USD/month base \+ 2\.5% commission on gross purchases** Our current reps are earning approximately **$1,500–$4,000 USD/month total** between base pay and commission. **Commission is uncapped.** The more qualified conversations you create and sales you help generate, the more you can earn. Schedule You will work **Thursday through Monday** on one of the following shifts: **Shift 1:** 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Pacific Time **Shift 2:** 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Pacific Time You must be consistently available during your assigned shift. What You'll Be Doing * Responding to inbound Facebook and Instagram DMs * Starting outbound conversations with potential prospects * Qualifying leads to determine if they're a good fit * Booking qualified prospects onto our sales calendar * Following up with leads who haven't booked * Keeping conversations organized and moving forward * Following our scripts, sales process, and SOPs * Tracking conversations, appointments, and performance KPIs * Working Facebook and Instagram **at the same time** IMPORTANT: Equipment Requirements You **must have BOTH**: * A reliable computer * A reliable smartphone You will be working from both devices simultaneously. For example, you may be **fielding inbound messages on one account/device while doing outbound prospecting on the other.** You need to be comfortable multitasking and moving quickly between conversations.
