Elevate internal culture through impactful communications and events Please submit your resume in English \- we can only consider applications submitted in this language. ### **Minimum qualifications:** * 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). * 2 years of administrative experience supporting leads or Directors and multiple teams. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive\-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small\-scale projects and events from pre\-planning to execution. * Proven track record of switching seamlessly between workflows and managing engaging priorities with composure in a high\-paced, cross\-functional environment. * Ability to communicate in English fleuntly to support client relationship management in this region * Exceptional communication skills with experience drafting high\-impact executive messages, announcements, and presentations, as well as a proficiency in creating digital assets. * Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels, serving as a cultural connector, mindful of organizational sentiment. **About the job** ----------------- As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. As an Administrative Business Partner in Google Argentina, you are the strategic engine and cultural architect of the Large Costumer Sales (LCS) and Agencies, Partners, and Activation (APA) teams. You won't just manage calendars; you will optimize executive focus with impeccable attention to detail and leverage AI tools to drive operational speed. You will act as a true guardian of the business, managing budgets with precision and maximizing operational expenses (OpEx) efficiency. Your influence will extend externally and internally: you will possess the executive presence to interact seamlessly with vendors and your counterparts within the market's largest clients and partners, while also elevating internal culture through impactful communications—including video editing—and memorable team events. You will blend financial stewardship with creative digital\-AI fluency, to make a tangible impact on our people, our customers, and the region.
