The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing an active portfolio of SME clients, driving business development through excellence in service and commercial relationship management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of approximately 200 local companies and businesses. * Plan and carry out a minimum of 14 monthly commercial visits to clients. * Market and cross-sell banking products (credit lines, merchant acquiring services, insurance, transactional services). * Provide personalized service and resolve operational requests from portfolio clients. * Record and manage commercial activity using the corporate CRM (Salesforce). **Requirements:** * Valid residence in Tandil (Mandatory). * Currently enrolled in or completed tertiary or university studies in fields related to banking business: Administration, Public Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or International Trade (Mandatory). * Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in commercial roles (preferably within banking, financial, insurance institutions, or relevant commercial enterprises). * Availability to work fully on-site during banking hours (9:45 AM to 5:15 PM). **What we offer:** Join a prestigious banking institution with professional development opportunities.
