Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Generalist Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, acting as the liaison between management and USA-based managers, with a focus on searches for that country. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes 2. Work daily with the USA recruitment team 3. Direct contact with stakeholders What will you do? You will work daily with the client's recruitment team, focusing on searches for the USA. This role serves as the liaison among recruiting management, USA managers, and hiring teams, leading end-to-end recruitment processes. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define positions Conduct active sourcing on job portals, social networks, and databases Candidate screening, interviews, presentation, referral, and follow-up End-to-end coordination of onboarding (pre-employment medical exams, psychometric tests, employment modality, personnel files, etc.) Track and report search status Direct contact with various stakeholders At ITSM Consulting S.A., we are looking to hire a Senior Generalist Recruiter for a project (3 months) assigned to one of our clients in the energy sector. Requirements +3 years of experience recruiting generalist profiles Experience leading end-to-end processes Advanced English (daily oral and written use) – mandatory Excellent communication skills Teamwork and results orientation Proactivity and autonomy to manage multiple processes simultaneously Benefits **Work Model:** Remote \+ flexibility to attend offices when necessary (Callao and Corrientes, Microcentro) **Working Hours:** Full-time \| Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM **Duration:** 3-month project (with possibility of extension to 6 months) **Employment Type:** Contractor
