Mandatory Requirements * 3\+ years coordinating multiple accounts/projects simultaneously, preferably remotely. * Advanced proficiency in **ClickUp or Notion**. * Experience managing **outbound or email campaigns**. * Spoken English at **C1 level or higher**. * Full-time availability during **9:00–18:00 CT**. * Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate problems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working at agencies serving multiple clients. * EmailGuard, MailReef. * Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. * Zapier, Make, or n8n. Responsibilities Coordinate campaigns and operational tasks, ensure clean and up-to-date contact lists, manage ClickUp/Notion, perform deliverability checks, and guarantee campaigns launch on time and as planned.
