Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist technician in Building Maintenance with experience in air conditioning, industrial and residential electricity, and telephone site maintenance. Employment under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) We are currently searching for a specialist Building Maintenance Technician in the city of San Luis. This search targets electrical technicians, electromechanical technicians, and/or electricians with at least three years of experience in the following tasks: * Experience with air conditioning systems exceeding 18,000 frigorías * Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment * Industrial and residential electricity * Telephone site maintenance (Desirable) Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and be available for travel within the province.
