Collaborative environment and high-impact projects **SQL Server DBA (SSR) – AlwaysOn / High Availability / Windows (Hybrid, CABA) \| Ref. 199018\-1** Buenos Aires, Parque Patricios \| Hybrid (1 day onsite/week if you live within 100 km of an office · candidates from other regions welcome) Full\-time ️ English: Intermediate or higher (mandatory) \| Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 **Mission** Join the database administration team of one of the world’s leading steel companies, responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of production SQL Server environments, with 7x24 support and participation in large-scale, high-impact corporate projects. **Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server and related products in Windows environments * Design, create, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring recoverability * Plan storage capacity and forecast future requirements * Establish and maintain effective performance monitoring procedures * Control and monitor user access and maintain database security * Provide reliable, recoverable, and scalable database environments * Provide 7x24 support for production databases * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and standards * Implement Microsoft best practices * Configure and maintain SQL Server Clusters **Mandatory Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience as an **SQL Server DBA** in production Windows environments * Experience in medium-to-large enterprises (enterprise DBA) * Experience designing and implementing **high-availability and scalable SQL Server solutions** * Expertise in **SQL Server backup and recovery** * Experience with **replication and AlwaysOn Availability Groups** * Experience with **SQL Server Cluster replication** * Strong Windows administration skills * Experience in **performance tuning** * Experience in monitoring and management using SQL Server tools * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure * Intermediate or higher English proficiency **Selection Process** Recruiting screen → Technical interview → Client interview → Offer **Benefits** Collaborative environment and high-impact projects in growing industries Connectivity bonus ️ Gym reimbursement PedidosYa credit ️ Statutory vacation days Health insurance: Swiss Medical or OSDE Submit your application and join us to build impactful technological solutions.
