To continue positively impacting more people’s lives, we are looking to add a Commercial Advisor for the Rio Gallegos area to our Direct Sales Management team. **Your Impact:** Thousands of people seek information before making decisions about their health. In this role, you will transform every contact into a clear, approachable, and trustworthy experience. **Responsibilities:** Prospect and manage your own customer portfolio. Market our products (health insurance plans) in a hybrid format: in-person and digital, covering both Individual and Corporate segments. Achieve your commercial goals by accompanying each customer throughout their journey. Manage the entire sales process with a focus on quality and efficiency. **Requirements:** Experience in prospecting and building a customer portfolio. Minimum 3 years of experience selling intangible products to Individuals and/or Corporations. (Mandatory) Experience in the Prepaid Medicine / Health sector. (Desirable) Possession of an existing personal customer portfolio. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools for commercial management. Excellent communication skills and proactivity. Interpersonal and negotiation skills. Customer- and results-oriented mindset.
