Currently, we are seeking a **CAT Operator** to join our Operations department. * **Location:** Palermo, CABA. * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Days and Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00; Every other Saturday, 10:00–16:00 ✅**Main Challenges:** * Manage and respond to any questions or concerns raised by technicians/sales representatives regarding maintenance or installation. * Provide remote technical support and resolve technical issues. * Document and record issues and solutions to enable tracking and prevent recurrence. **✅****What We Are Looking For:** * Completed secondary education (Mandatory) * Availability to work on-site at our Palermo offices * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word * Availability to work during the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00; Every other Saturday, 10:00–16:00 **Join Verisure and enjoy these amazing benefits!** Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your immediate family, starting from the 7th month.
