We are currently seeking claims specialists with excellent English proficiency (mandatory) to join our claims department remotely/freelance. Job Description: * Handling claims for motor vehicle accidents occurring in the U.S. * Investigating and analyzing accident facts to determine party liability. * Interpreting insurance policies and analyzing coverage based on policy language. * Researching U.S. statutes and case law to establish negligence and coverage. * Assessing damages. **Drafting legal documents, including policy provisions.** * CLARIFICATION: All these tasks are performed in English. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM** * **Mandatory: Candidates must be attorneys or law students** Payment in USD Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1,700,000\.00 \- $1,900,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
