We seek a professional specialized in **quantity surveying, cost analysis, and quotation preparation**, to competitively participate in tenders and price competitions launched by our corporate clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Quotation Preparation for Tenders:** Comprehensive preparation of commercial quotations and technical-economic proposals for submission in private or corporate tender processes initiated by our clients. * **Quantity Surveying and Budgeting:** Preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and Unit Price Analysis (UPA). Accurate costing per $m^2$, total amount, and cost estimation per workday/hour (calculation of crew and material productivity). * **On-site Technical Survey:** Inspection visits to client plants and facilities to take measurements, analyze on-site requirements, and incorporate this information into quotation preparation. * **Operational Management and Monitoring:** Coordination between client management and field operational teams. Monitoring of awarded projects to ensure compliance with quoted budgets and profitability margins. * **Contingency Handling:** Management of urgent operational issues at assigned sites, preparation of management reports, and handling of AutoCAD drawings. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate (or near-graduate) in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering**. * **Mandatory Experience:** Proven track record in quantity surveying, UPA-based costing, preparation of complex quotations, and **prior participation in tenders or price competitions**. * **Technical Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory for quotation and budget template modeling), AutoCAD, and expert-level interpretation of technical specifications. * **Professional Profile:** Analytical rigor, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and excellent communication with corporate clients. * **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Hybrid mode).
