This project places our Virtual Assistant (VA) within insurance agencies, providing high-quality support to clients and producers. You will work within a Property and Casualty (P\&C) insurance environment, closely collaborating with agency owners, producers, or account managers to optimize processes, quotations, and customer service. You will manage customer service tasks, data entry, CRM/AMS management, and administrative support, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a seamless experience for agencies and their clients. The team operates under a 100% remote model with continuous supervision and initial training to ensure outstanding performance in the insurance sector. **Responsibilities** * Assist customers with inquiries about policies and service needs. * Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls. * Support or complete quotes for personal or commercial lines. * Review coverages and assist in policy renewals. * Enter data, documentation, and updates into the CRM/AMS. * Deliver exceptional customer service by following up and building relationships. * Work closely with agency owners, producers, or account managers to optimize processes. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes for internal reporting. * Coordinate administrative and support tasks to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** We are looking for a customer-oriented Virtual Assistant with interest in the insurance industry and the ability to learn quickly. Customer service experience and strong communication skills in English and Spanish are highly valued. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and handling CRM/AMS tools. It is mandatory to have a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN for the licensing process. Prior experience in insurance (P\&C), or a sustained interest in developing a career in this sector, is desirable. Proactivity, good time management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach are expected. **Desirable** Prior experience in the insurance industry (P\&C) in customer service, quoting, policy renewal, or administrative support roles.
