Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) under ISO standards. Propose improvements and ensure compliance with quality and security policies. * Location: C.A.B.A. \- Núñez * Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) * Employment Type: Formal employment contract \- 6-month probationary period **JOB SUMMARY** Will be responsible for providing support in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. The role involves process documentation and control, performance indicator tracking, audits, internal training, and improvement proposals, promoting compliance with quality and information security standards across the organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with defined processes under ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. * Identify, document, and keep organizational processes up to date, developing procedures, work instructions, records, and forms, ensuring proper control and updating of system documentation. * Record and analyze performance indicators, assist in preparing reports for senior management, and participate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Participate in and support internal and external audits, assisting in evidence preparation, follow-up on observations, non-conformities, and corrective actions arising from such audits. * Monitor compliance with processes and standards established by the management system, verifying that staff apply applicable procedures and regulations according to the country of operation. * Train staff on management system standards, processes, and best practices, both during ongoing training sessions and new employee onboarding. * Propose process and management system improvements, contributing to optimizing internal practices and strengthening the organization’s quality culture. * Ensure compliance with quality and information security policies, safeguarding the confidentiality of company and customer information. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or Quality Management Systems. * Basic knowledge of process management and documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. * Advanced skills in process writing and documentation. * Ability to interpret procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. * Residence near the office (Núñez). **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** * Technical English. * Experience participating in ISO certification processes or internal/external audits. * Basic knowledge of process management and continuous improvement (PDCA, KPIs, etc.). * Familiarity with project or documentation management tools (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, etc.). **EDUCATION** * Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Quality Management, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in ISO 9001 or Quality Management Systems (preferred). **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 6 months’ prior work experience in similar roles. **BENEFITS** * Hybrid work mode. * Birthday leave day. * Professional training and development program. * In-company English classes. * Private health insurance starting after 3 months of employment. * Benefits club. * Partnership with Educación IT (for you and your family). * Non-working days are considered official holidays. * 100% remote work during Christmas and New Year weeks.
