In this role, you will promote a high-quality gastronomic service that supports patient care, respects their needs, and contributes to their recovery. **Responsibilities:** Lead and coordinate the Nutrition team, fostering a collaborative work environment, setting objectives, and monitoring performance. Oversee the overall operation of the food service, ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Manage patients’ nutritional care, including assessment, prescription, follow-up, and dietary adaptation according to clinical condition. Coordinate and supervise the work of nutritionists and external providers, ensuring proper service delivery and adherence to established standards. Monitor management, quality, and satisfaction indicators, driving continuous improvement actions and proposing change initiatives to optimize processes and enhance patient experience. Oversee administrative and financial aspects of the department, including billing, costs, and contractual compliance with suppliers. Maintain open communication with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinical departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Prepare management reports and comparative analyses to support decision-making and reporting results to Management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with valid national license (Mandatory) Previous work experience of 3–5 years in healthcare institutions in similar roles.
