Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Payroll Analyst to control and review payroll settlements under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and managing monthly personnel updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and review of payroll settlements under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement 2. Verification of current labor regulations 3. Monthly updates entry and control * Junior Payroll Analyst \- Location: Palermo \- CABA \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs; Saturdays, 10:00–13:00 hrs * Responsibilities: \- Control and review of payroll settlements under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement. \- Verify correct application of current labor regulations. \- Entry and control of monthly personnel updates (e.g., leaves, overtime, advances, etc.). \- Projection toward assuming full payroll processing responsibilities. \- Administration, preparation, and updating of employee personnel files. \- Documentation control and follow-up for employees. \- Management of occupational health exams and pre-employment medical evaluations. \- Office supplies and equipment stock administration. \- General administrative tasks for the Human Resources department. * Requirements: \- Over 1 year of experience in payroll processing under the Commerce Employees’ Collective Bargaining Agreement (100% payroll-focused). \- Graduate or advanced student in Labor Relations, \- Human Resources, or Public Accounting (at least 80% of degree completed). \- Knowledge of labor regulations applicable to the collective agreement. \- Experience in personnel administration. * Benefits: \- Birthday leave day. \- Company covers OSECAC collective health insurance plan. \- Company-provided telephony and IT equipment. \- Remote work on Saturdays.
