DAY TO DAY * Coordinate a team of leaders, inspiring them to achieve their goals and guiding them in managing their direct reports. * Ensure that production plans, internal policies, and budgets are implemented in alignment with production targets, quality standards, efficiency, cost control, and Development. * Implement continuous improvement (LEAN) tools to optimize processes. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental practices and initiatives, mitigating unsafe situations or actions and supporting the consolidation of the organization’s culture. * Manage external customer needs to deliver the best possible service without compromising business sustainability. REQUIREMENTS * Graduates in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Experience leading teams in manufacturing, process, or continuous improvement areas—preferred. * Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM, and similar tools. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools is mandatory. * Intermediate/advanced English level is an asset. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is mandatory. \- Reside in Salta Capital, nearby areas, or be willing to relocate\- * We seek professionals with excellent communication and leadership skills, proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and adaptability to change.
