Job Objective Carry out cleaning, hygiene, sanitization, and basic maintenance tasks for assigned facilities, ensuring safe, orderly, and optimally functioning environments in accordance with operational procedures, quality standards, safety and hygiene regulations, and client requirements. General Cleaning and Maintenance - Perform daily cleaning of production areas, warehouses, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, and common spaces. - Maintain assigned facilities in optimal conditions of order and hygiene. - Execute scheduled deep-cleaning tasks per the operational timetable. - Clean surfaces, floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, equipment, and commonly used items. - Restock hygiene supplies as required. Sanitization and Disinfection - Apply disinfection and sanitization procedures according to established protocols. - Use chemical products correctly, respecting dilution ratios, contact times, and safety measures. - Ensure proper hygiene of critical or high-traffic areas. Equipment and Tool Handling - Operate manual and mechanized cleaning tools and equipment. - Use industrial vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, floor polishers, automatic scrubbers, or other authorized equipment. - Conduct basic inspections of equipment condition prior to use. - Report defects or maintenance requirements. Waste Management - Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures. - Comply with applicable segregation and recycling policies. - Keep temporary waste storage areas clean. Safety and Hygiene - Strictly comply with Occupational Safety and Hygiene regulations. - Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Identify and report unsafe conditions, incidents, or potential hazards. - Participate in mandatory training on safety, quality, and operational procedures. Procedure Compliance - Perform tasks in accordance with instructions, operational standards, and internal procedures. - Complete records, checklists, or operational documentation when required. - Support internal or external audits and inspections. Customer Service - Maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward clients, users, and coworkers. - Address operational requests within your scope of responsibility. - Represent the company while upholding organizational values. Technical Knowledge - Industrial cleaning techniques. - Surface cleaning and disinfection. - Safe dilution and handling of chemical products. - Operation of cleaning machinery and tools. - Waste management. - Basic Occupational Safety and Hygiene regulations. - Correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Requirements: Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial, institutional, or corporate cleaning. - Residency in San Martín de los Andes. - Completed secondary education. - Courses related to professional cleaning, safety and hygiene, or chemical handling (desirable). - Experience in industrial plants, logistics centers, laboratories, food or pharmaceutical industries, or high-demand corporate clients will be valued.
